Currently, the ENSURE project (funded by the European Union) is working to make court cases fairer and easier for children with disabilities. The project partners are Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights (Austria), Terre des Hommes (Romania), Validity Foundation (International), Child Rights Centre (Serbia) and ICJ-EI (International). Their work on this project will involve creating and testing new ways to support children with disabilities who are victims in court cases.
